Mr. Apostle joined American AllWaste LLC in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and is responsible for accounting, finance and treasury, human resources, information technology and risk management.  Mr. Apostle has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience primarily in the energy industry.

Prior to joining American AllWaste, Mr. Apostle served as CFO in the energy industry primarily with private equity backed companies.  Mr. Apostle brings extensive experience in numerous financial disciplines including accounting, corporate finance, acquisitions and integrations, strategic planning, and treasury.

Mr. Apostle holds a B.S. and M.S.  in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Mr. Rogers founded American AllWaste, LLC in May 2018 and serves as CEO. With 21 years of experience in the non-hazardous liquid waste industry, Mr. Rogers previously served as Founder/President of Texas Grease Acquisitions, LLC and Founder/CEO/Board Chairman of Southwaste Services, Inc.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rogers has established a track record in executing consolidation and growth strategies specific to the liquid waste industry, having led the acquisition of 20 companies during that time. His particular areas of expertise are strategic planning, operations and marketing & sales.

Mr. Rogers attained a Bachelors Degree from Texas Christian University and holds his Masters from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Juby joined American AllWaste LLC in May 2018. He previously served as Vice President and Co-Owner of Wastewater Transport Services (“WTS”), a vertically integrated non-hazardous liquid waste transportation and disposal business with operations in Austin, Houston and Beaumont, Texas. Previously, Mr. Juby started and owned Cap-Tex Inc. from 1989 to 2005. Cap-Tex was also engaged in non-hazardous liquid waste and enjoyed a dominant market position in Austin and the surrounding area.

Currently, Mr. Juby manages all aspects of Texas Operations for American AllWaste and serves as a key member of the management team- where he lends his 30+ years of operational expertise in the liquid waste industry, particularly in the field of municipal wastewater operations.

Mr. Ounanian joined American AllWaste in May 2018. He previously served as President and Co-Owner of Wastewater Transport Services (“WTS”), a non-hazardous liquid waste service and disposal Company. Previously, Mr. Ounanian served as Vice President – Operations for Southwaste Services, Inc.

Mr. Ounanian comes with 27 years of direct industry experience, having started GTM Waste Services, Inc. in 1992 where he served as President and Owner. A Certified Public Accountant by training, Mr. Ounanian holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. His professional career began in public accounting with Deloitte Haskins and Sells in 1979.

In his capacity for American AllWaste, Mr. Ounanian serves as Vice President – Development, and leads all acquisition-related activities for the Company.

With three decades of experience in the liquid waste transportation industry, Jimmy has managed line cleaning, sewer and drain cleaning, restaurant plumbing repair, storm water inlet cleaning, and trap cleaning for projects of all sizes.

He began his career assembling a grease trap waste processing facility in 2000. From 2003 to 2010 he managed a startup residential garbage and recycling business that served 90,000 residences in Fort Worth while continuing to manage grease trap processing facilities. He also received grant money from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to design a biomethane production facility in Fort Worth.

From 2010 to 2013, he consulted for a commodity business and built two recovery plants in Fort Worth and Nashville. The plants recovered fats and oils from restaurant grease trap waste for use as a feedstock for biofuel manufacturers.
